FAQs and Policies

• Payment — we gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Personal Check, Cash and Design Image Salon​ Gift Certificates.
• Gratuity — gratuity cannot be added onto Credit Cards, Debit or Personal Checks.
• ATM — We do have an ATM Machine available for your use.
• Scheduling — Due to demand of requests for service providers, it is recommended to schedule your appointments as early 
  as possible to ensure you receive the date and time convenient for you, especially during the Holiday Season.
• Exchanges — We will exchange a product within one week of purchase for another product or for a Salon Credit.
• 24 Hour Cancellation Policy — Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule
  ​adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request a 24 hour cancelation notice.
